- Olive Oil
- Start by slicing your potatoes into 1/8 slices or as thinly as possible. Lay them on a paper towel and try to remove as much moisture as possible.
- Preheat the oven to 400°. While the oven is preheating, toss the potatoes in a light coating of olive oil. After tossing, season lightly and toss for even coverage.
- Lay the chips on a baking sheet in a single layer so they will cook evenly and crisp. Bake the chips for about 10-15 minutes or until they start to become crispy and golden brown. Remove them from the oven and season immediately.
- You can now either transfer them onto a cooling rack to get them extra crispy or transfer them onto a paper towel-lined dish and serve!
